Antibacterial TiO2 CATALYST Cuspidor

CATALYST CUSPIDOR

Featuring an Antibacterial TiO2 Nanotechnology Ceramic Surface

TiO2 Nanotechnology Brings Together Natures Elements to Clean and Disinfect the Cuspidor on our Exclusive New Range of Catalyst Pro Line TITANIUM Dental Equipment.
Light & Water Interact in the presents of Titanium Dioxide Nano-particles in a process called Photo-catalysis. These TiO2 nano- particles are integrated into the ceramic surface of our exclusive CATALYST CUSPIDOR on our range of CATALYST Pro Line TITANIUM dental equipment.
Ambient Light and Water/Moisture in the Air Combine in a Photo Catalytic Reaction Creating Two Oxidization Reactants,       Hydroxyl Radicals and Super Oxide Anions.
These Oxidizing Reactants Bond with Pathogens and Organic Compounds, Breaking Them Down into Harmless Carbon Dioxide and Water.
The CATALYST CUSPIDOR Actively Destroys Moulds, Germs and Bacteria on the Ceramic Surface. Helping to Eliminate Pathogens that Create Foul Smells and Odours Creating a Safer, Cleaner and More Hygienic Surgical Environment for Clinical Staff and Patients alike.

What is TiO2 nanotechnology and where might have I used it before?

Titanium dioxide and its many uses and benefits are being exploited by a diversity of industries all over the world.

At the nanometre scale it is nearly transparent but because of its high refractive light index, Titanium dioxide nano-particles reflect most of the sun’s ray’s. The use of Titanium Dioxide is extremely popular in sunscreens (“Neutrogena Healthy Defence”) and cosmetics (“L’Oreal Foundation, Nivea “Visage”, Revlon “Colorstay”, Olay “Complete”)

As a photo-catalyst it’s properties have been used in many fields since it was first discovered that a TiO2 catalyst caused the splitting of water molecules into hydrogen & oxygen when exposed to ultraviolet light. It’s found in self-cleaning paints and coatings that literally oxidize dust in the presents of light.

Titanium dioxide is a highly reactive photo-catalyst and has been used to for the decomposition of poisonous gasses. TiO2, as a photo catalyst has also been shown to destroy cell wall membranes and breakdown the DNA of pathogens and viruses.
